Over the last two and a half years, @Open4mat (on all socials) has become one of Chicago's most eclectic reoccurring nightlife events. From parties at Logan Square's East Room to River North's Studio Paris, Open4mat has hosted notable local and national talent such as Vic Mensa, Xavier Omar, and Swell while spinning along side artists such as Sinjin Hawke, DJ Trackstar, and Jacques Greene. Adhering to a punk rock inspired style of promotion and artwork, Open4mat sways towards hand drawn flyers, word of mouth promo, and film photos to document our events. Open4mat has also hosted two events for great causes, one for the residents of Flint, Michigan in December of 2016 and the other for relief efforts in Puerto Rico with Chicago boutique Saint Alfred and clothing brand Hidden Characters in October of 2017.
