We work across diverse disciplines, including health, education, industry and community development. Openground maintains close professional links with the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center (USA).All our courses are led by highly skilled, experienced and dedicated teachers. We offer depth, safety, continuity and connection to help you develop a sustainable mindfulness practice and to live with greater resilience, effectiveness and authority.Unlike shorter courses or apps, Openground courses provide you with the experience, space and time to develop a personal practice that can bring about the tangible results which we know are truly possible from committing to this inspiring mindfulness method.
