There is so much technology advancement and so much free content available on the internet. Yet our methods of teaching haven't changed radically over the past century, despite a 100 fold growth in the number of students.Our goal is to get the benefits of technology advancements and great open source videos into the classroom. Apart from visualization and understanding, these videos will transform teaching to discussion oriented classrooms – which will benefit the students in learning from each other's perspective and develop articulation skills and confidence.At Open Links Foundation we are creating an eco-system to realize the above benefits. We are offering the following four solutions and services to schools:ticklinks.com : an Curated Library of Open source videos cataloged as per curriculum.Atharva Club : a student club in schools who learn to make educational videos and make and promote good educational videos in English and vernacular medium.Flipped Experience : sharing experiences and techniques from low resource schools on running flipped classrooms.Last Mile IT support : support and guidance for IT usage & maintenance at schoolsThe excitement of students along with our committed volunteers provide the energy to evangelize and implement this large social change.
