We are a Strategic International Marketing agency composed by a team of experts in Marketing and International development, we support and advice companies in their international business strategies providing integrated services. We define our main areas of intervention in: 1. Analysis: our Sectoral and Geo-Economical analysis have the aim of assessing and evaluating the feasibility of an international business strategy and of understanding the structure of the country where the company wants to develop. 2. Strategy: we support companies in the strategic phase of their internationalisation process with consultant services aimed to access to new markets. We provide lists of distributors, business partners and international clients and we also provide Marketing and Communication Strategies in order to do business abroad. 3. Temporary Export Management: we provide companies in need of a business support in the area of interest with our Temporary Export Management service: an Export Manager who will help the company to enter new markets. OpenYourMarket is supported by a Marketing & Communication agency Crovi Consulting, which provides OYM and different companies with a research and analysis support.
