Operation Noah is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization created by Dennis Fries when he was only thirteen-years-old. While undergoing medical testing, Dennis discovered the need for something to comfort young patients in the hospital. Nothing comforts children more than a soft, cuddly stuffed animal.
