The general rule of thumb is an incident with 25 or more patients.Operational Consulting Group (OCG) has developed valuable training and hands-on exercise programs allowing emergency first responders to comprehensively learn, do, and master the strategic, tactical, and medical approaches to handling Mass Casualty Incidents (MCI).OCG's blended learning approach incorporates e-learning, workshops and an experiential, online simulation. This blended learning approach is targeted to reach the different learning styles in the group, while providing a safe, risk free environment to practice the skills that the Mass Casualty Incident Command System (MCICS) course is teaching.
