Operational Detachment Hollywood (ODH) is a non-profit life consulting firm charged with the mission of helping people struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) live a healthy and happy life. Utilizing my experience and knowledge, I teach people how to thrive through education, facing fears, the "Big Seven," goal setting and accomplishments excelling human performance, resilience and grit. I am passionate about helping those in need and I truly believe with the right people around you, you can do anything you put your mind to. The main objective of ODH is not only to learn how to deal with and overcome the effects of PTSD, but to grow and progress into a person you never thought was even possible.
