Ophidia Studio, founded in 2008, is fitness studio, specializing in pole and aerial fitness in Boise, Idaho. Our studio objective is to create an environment, primarily for women, to have an incredible fitness experience in an open, non-judgmental, and encouraging space. Fostering community in each and every class is paramount to the overall Ophidia experience. We offer a variety of classes ranging from beginner pole dancing and aerial fitness to poi fire dancing and ballet booty barre. Ophidia Studio is about transformation, empowerment, strength, beauty, and just feeling sexy!
