Oppenheim Lewis, Inc. is a full-service project management and cost consulting firm providing innovative and wide-ranging consulting services tailored to each specific project. We provide services to a variety of clients including owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, contractors, and government agencies.We specialize in the development of cultural projects, including zoos, museums, aquariums and performing arts. We work exclusively with non-standard development projects, generally starting at the concept stage, continue into plan development through project implementation. Planning and management services range from complete Owner's Representative services to a tailored approach that can include support for exhibit development, capital projects, renovations, master and strategic planning, organizational development, project organization, budget/schedule management, project implementation, and process support. We view ourselves as developers of tools — tools that help our clients make better and more informed decisions throughout a project to meet programmatic goals while delivering projects on-time and on-budget, and without surprises. We believe that delivering a project on-budget and on-schedule is not a periodic process, but one that is on-going to reduce the need for programmatic reductions or large-scale value engineering. Changes to the project cost should not be a surprise; they should be the product of collaboration and consistency of oversight.
