About us Optimal Office Solutions was founded in 2007. At inception, the Company was involved primarily in the development of a Client Management Software for Third Party Administrators. One of our Co-founders had felt a dire need for such a system in his workplace, and this need lead to the development of PensionPal software and the launch of this Company. Since then, however, the company has engaged in a successful expansion of its business model to include website development and Smart-phone Applications. Our offices are located in New Jersey and Ohio, and in aggregate, there is a combined business experience of TPA service and software development of over 40 years.
