The Information Management side of OPTIMIM is a document repository which allows users to email documentation into the system where it automatically gets categorized and saved in order to produce a full audit trail of how the project progressed as deliverables where emailed to the system. Using TIBCO Spotfire we extract datasets from the database to present Management Information and statistics of your projects.
