OAK is a multi-facet development company that provides implementation and management services for infrastructure and utility projects. OAK's philosophy is to form a strong working relationship with our clients in order to best serve their technical and commercial needs whilst also ensuring the cost effective and timely delivery of all projects. Where projects incorporate established engineering technologies, OAK operates under BOO and BOOT concession agreements in support of the multi-utility applications under development. This ‘one-stop-shop' ability allows for competitive procurement in managing the capital expenditure as well as fast-tracking project completion typically on an EPC basis. OAK's key mandate is to identify and develop financially viable infrastructure and utility assignments within chosen geographies with its technical alliance partners and strategic equity investors.
