Oraconsult offers consultancy expertise in the realm of database centric solutions (Oracle databases/tools in particular).Oraconsult is based in North Zealand/Greater Copenhagen area (Denmark), but does take consulting jobs from an area within the normal commute range incl. parts of Sweden (approx. 2 hours drive by car). Short-term assignments outside this area (and outside Denmark) is gladly accepted as well, if it is shorter than 6 months.Typical consulting jobs:- Both short and longer running consultancy assignments. Price depends on type of assignment and length of agreed time- Applications development and technical software design, where the database is a central part of the solution- Database architecture, data modeling and loading of data- Performance tuning of SQL and PL/SQL in development environments- System architecture w. focus on stability and maintenance- Project management. Managing virtual global development teams- Coaching and mentoring database developers- Help transfer knowledge about operation of systems, while developing new business systemsDBA tasks are NOT a part of Oraconsult's mission portfolio.
