I set Orange and Blue up in 2017 having spent the previous 17 years delivering leadership development and training to the business community as part of the global Leadership Management International organisation. Although LMI is still at the heart of what I do I wanted Orange and Blue to reflect the wider scope of my service provision. I'm working on the 25% that don't!With a background in sales, marketing, distribution management and organisational leadership I can also bring 20 years of practical hands on experience to each client interaction.
