Since the beginning, our goal has always been to create sustainable, social impact projects producing real change in the community. Our first single tower building at Pashan, in Pune, experimented with an age old Indian traditional architectural system, "Vastu Shastra". As a result, a drastic reduction in energy requirements compared to conventional designs was reported for residents.Our projects have gained national attention earning various awards and recognitions, such as the Limca book of record, felicitation by our former president of India, Dr. Abdul Kalam.Our latest development is Royal Orange County, a nationally renowned project in green and sustainable building. It is the first five star rated (Pre-Cert) green building in India. Our achievements in the Pune real estate market showcase our dedication and desire to improve the lives of others through sustainability related initiatives.
