Oratory Society is the official public speaking club at SUNY Plattsburgh. Founded in Spring 2017 by Hanh Nguyen, Lam Dinh, Sweta Bhatta, Kahmun Lee and Ha Nguyen. Our objectives:1. To improve speaking skills and foster discussions on social matters for Plattsburgh students.2. To provide a stress-free environment for students to voice their opinions3. To create platforms for self-expression in form of public speaking4. To raise awareness about issues in communication skills such as appropriate language, forming friendships, overcoming social anxiety and social exclusion
