Orchard Blue Counseling Services (OBS) specializes in children and teens with a commitment to providing culturally-affirming, holistic psychotherapy with compassion and attunement to diverse communities while intentionally holding space for BIPOC people.As specialists in children and teens, we curated a wellness community where they can develop a healthy self-esteem and discover ways to manage difficult emotions in healthy ways. Our services extends to adults, as well. We focus on issues of anxiety, depression, disrupted adolescent development, parental anxiety, strained relationships and childhood trauma inclusive of isms and generational cycles.As a vendor of NYC Dept of Education, we provide school based and virtual group sessions to K-12 with Parent and Educator Workshops. Our founder provides Parent Coaching to help effect change and improve parental wellness. We have a diverse clinical team to aid in children and teens, and BIPOC access to quality mental health care and emotional support.
