Learning can be undertaken on a 1-1 or group basis. Karen Heap has more than 10 years experience within the business support arena and, having worked for the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce for 5 years, is a fully qualified business adviser. In addition to this she has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the retail industry having worked throughout the Midlands for Stylo Barratt PLC and Boots the Chemist. Karen has also run her own retail shop, online website store and organised and managed regular retail sales events.
