While currently reorganizing I am still teaching Food Safety for NFSTP.With the summer coming on and many places (hotels, restaurants, nursing homes, summer camps etc) hiring people on to work in their kitchens it is a perfect time to consider scheduling time for their food safety training. Food bourne illness is an unnecessary one but the numbers each are astronomical.
