The ODRC is committed to and passionate about diversity and inclusion. We believe organizations are better when diverse experiences and backgrounds collaborate to discover mutually successful outcomes. We also understand that there is an economic benefit for companies that are diverse and we are committed to helping organizations capture and measure the ROI on their diversity initiatives. We use executive recruiting and staffing strategies that are traditionally practiced by staffing and recruiting firms to assist organizations with achieving their Human Capital diversity initiatives. The ODRC uses education, diversity training, evaluation and recruiting best practices to facilitate diversity successes. Our mission is to create a diverse workforce in Oregon that celebrates differences while simultaneously using those differences to champion better organizations and a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
