A Government (DPIIT) Recognized Fintech Startup working towards creating a centralized environment wherein the financial consultants can subscribe and get access to the resources of the firm which essentially helps them evaluate the borrower's proposal based on their documents. On a macro level, we're hoping to optimize the process to be so robust that it reduces the turnaround-time of banks & NBFCs, as well as the sanction-to-rejection ratio of all the proposals logged in the system. Currently, we're working closely with the private banks & NBFCs and understanding their underwriting system in depth, and we're imparting such knowledge to those consultants who're associated with our firm. Our solution involves the use of technology & digital solutions mostly. The resources we're planning to introduce in our centralized portal will help the industry on the whole to be more organized & smoothen the process of selecting the apt bank/NBFC for the particular financial proposal. We won't be using a plain questionnaire, but rather we will be evaluating the apt option after taking into consideration the documents of the borrower as well. Our solution involves the use of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for scanned files, integration with Perfios (the banking evaluation software which provides reports on the customer's bank statement when uploaded), getting the cibil score from TransUnion / CRIF / other such credit record keeping companies, etc. We'll ensure use of minimal documentation so as to keep the borrower hassle-free from the process of evaluation of financial documents. As and when the use of digital signature is widened, we're aiming to provide the facility of digitally signing the documents before submitting the same to the banks.
