OrgMindset pursues a very simple and yet very hard mission: to remedy the industry's broken mindset that prevents it from being Lean and Agile. Most of the organizations have old mindset so deeply ingrained in their habits that adoption of Lean and Agile practices creates more problems than benefits. At the surface it appears as a clash of two belief systems: Agile vs. Waterfall. But actually, at the root cause of such dire state of the industry is failure to acknowledge the inherent complexity of a modern enterprise and seek appropriate solutions to constantly evolving organizational environment. The solution to the problem is not in practices, methods or tools. They are helpful but only when the mindset is evolving too.
