Messaging apps have reached 1.5 billion users (according to statistic from Flurry). 6 out of the top 10 most popular mobile apps in the world are messaging apps (according to internet trends 2015, KPCB). Today, messaging and notifications are key layers of every meaningful app. Messaging is now steadily making its way into the workplace. With the increase in BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and BYOA (Bring Your Own App) redefining office environments, texting has become a staple of day-to-day communications between colleagues and customers.
