Organisational Wellbeing Ltd is a new and independent Development Consultancy based just outside Leeds, specializing in helping you to both understand and then address the wellness of your business. We define "wellbeing" in the context of balancing the individual and collective needs of the staff and the organisation by creating and environment, which allows an employee to flourish and achieve their full potential. Unfortunately, many organisations suffer from high levels of absence and low levels of staff engagement without ever really understanding the real reasons why. Subsequently they can then spend huge amounts of time and money on reactive people or process driven solutions that never truly address the real issues, such as why people are going off work with stress related illnesses, or why there has been a sudden increase in staff attrition rates, or why staff survey feedback is not as good as was thought. At Organisational Wellbeing Ltd, we believe that identifying the real reasons for poor staff wellbeing, and then generating the most appropriate proactive solutions, is key to becoming "well", an organisation that has sustained growth through a motivated and productive workforce.
