The system made by ORGLMEISTER Infrarot-Systeme consists of an infrared thermal imaging camera and a daylight camera that are both accommodated in a special housing. A mechanical swivel arrangement equipped with robust special gears allows a very wide area to be swept and recorded. Using this set-up, the highly sensitive thermal imaging camera permanently scans the whole monitoring area and can also record temperature abnormalities in real time. Using patented software, the thermal images captured are then put together to create an accurate and detailed infrared panoramic image. It is possible to zoom in on any of the areas within the panoramic image in order to precisely check the prevailing temperature at those points. The entire system is very easy to control via a touchscreen interface. The user can determine freely selectable temperature thresholds. If these values are exceeded, an alarm is automatically triggered.The PYROsmart system is completed by a special software, which makes it possible to control exting canons. This enables PYROsmart to detect hotspots at an early stage and automatically start a targeted fight with water or foam.The advantages of this smart concept convince many customers in different industrial sectors such as waste management and paper industry.
