We started by relocating nine Chinese motorcycle parts manufacturers to Pakistan in2015 due to the rising labor cost in China and growing market demand in Pakistan.Since then we have been managing their marketing and other external matters withthe name of Oriental Business Alliance while they focus on the production side whichis their core advantage.Later in 2018, we found there were a great number of other Chinese companies arefacing difficulties and challenges starting their business in Pakistan due to thelanguage barrier and cultural diversity.
