In 2011 he pursued an opportunity in Boise real estate, buying 45 rentals in two years. James developed an affinity for real estate realizing it was a great way to engage with the community. It combined his undergraduate Anthropology skills with negotiating talents honed as the child of two attorneys. James has a passion for business and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's CORe program. He lives in the East End with his luminous wife and their two charming children. When he's not helping clients you will find him traveling with family, Mtn biking in the foothills, or swimming anywhere there is water. James is passionate about community development, the Downtown neighborhoods, and the future of Boise.
