ORIGINAL FARMS LTD Details
Original Farms Limited was incorporated on 5th of August 1998 to take over the farming business which had been carried on since 1983 by John Amuachie, the Managing Director. The initial objective was the development tree-crop plantations of Citrus and Oil Palm. To this end 180 acres of farm land were acquired in the Asamankese area of the Eastern Region of Ghana. For purposes of good crop yields management constructed an agricultural dam to impound water to support the plantation irrigation system. This resulted in a fairly huge fresh water lake system covering 64 acres in area. The economic resources of this lake form the basis of three business ventures which are being presented below to investors for consideration.
