The agro ecological farm and botanical garden was born in 2000 as a private reforestation and conservation project and initiative in an area degraded by reed beds and grasslands in the Ecuadorian Amazon. At the moment offers camping, lodging, hiking, bird watching, organic products and more.It focuses on issues of reforestation and conservation. Training and awareness of natural resources and biodiversity.It has been a long process in the change of vegetation cover, soil recovery and re-introduction of native species. We are recovering the rain tropical forest in terms of fauna and flora.At the moment, 18 hectares of secondary forest and 4 hectares of protection of primary remnant have been recovered. This patch of territory serves as a refuge for animals and plants and in turn as a biological corridor for the migration of certain animals throughout the year.Oropendola has an area for camping and a house for lodging on the farm.
