Orthocellular Nutrition and Exercise Incorporated was registered as a Canadian corporation in late 2009 for the purposes of designing and developing preventative health and fitness programs for the public and private sectors. The Preventative Health Centre was established in early 2010 to provide preventative health and fitness programs to adults between the ages of 25 and 65. The programs are based on the four pillars of health, namely, nutrition protocols, exercise routines, detoxification methods, and stress reduction techniques. It is the company's firm belief that disease is preventable and that superior health can be built through a four-pillar approach.Jim's message is clear throughout the site and his programs! Take control of and responsibility for your own health by weaving the procedures and protocols from the programs slowly into your lifestyle and you will begin to experience the benefits of true health and fitness. You will now be building an ageless body and mind at the cellular level!In the summer of 2015 a new corporate site PreventativeHealthPrograms.ca was launched. This site provides all of the program descriptions, hallmarks, prerequisites, and benefits of their 30 plus preventative health programs. There are also 25 FAQ pages, articles, e-books, nature photos, audio clips, and short videos.In the summer of 2017 the Employee Energy Program was launched for those businesses who wish to see their employees partake in healthier practices while at work during the day. Part A of the program deals with Nutrition, Hydration, Movement, and Exercise protocols and procedures before and while at work in the AM and PM. This program is now available for small groups of six employees at a time. Moreover, during the fall of 2017 the company will announce a number of new initiatives including the licensing of both four-pillar and two-pillar programs to qualified preventative health practitioners, both individuals and teams.
