The Orthodox Conservatives group is a grassroots movement within the Conservative & Unionist Party of the United Kingdom to represent the interests of those who identify as social conservatives and moderates. It aims to remove the stigma surrounding support for the family, community, civility, tradition, beauty, law & order while encouraging popular backing for policies influenced by the positive aspects of these values. In order to achieve this it aims to assemble a highly competent and well-read research team to propose feasible government solutions that can make British society a better place for all.What we doWe are a growing movement that will accumulate a large, broad coalition of culturally conservative minded people. They will determine our expansion. Prospective policies will be polled to the membership before they determine a fully coherent manifesto that we will push and promote. We aim to build consensus around what we find to be noble, unchanging principles that are largely held among the public.
