OAI was founded March 3, 1995 by Afi G. Osakwe, MA and is dedicated to improving the quality of life within communities through services to the public and private sectors--including educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and governmental and non-governmental agencies. Those services include social research, information brokerage, organizational assessment, strategic planning and implementation, web design, desktop publishing, online network facilitation, office operations assessment (systems/analysis integration), and online direct marketing. OAI also facilitates rural and urban populations with language and finiancial literacy, after school programs, male rites of passage programs, and US Armed Forces veterans issues.
