Ostra Distillery is in the heart of Australia's largest grain and grape growing region. The distillery has been in operation since 1962 predominantly as a winery and a Grape Spirit producer for Sherry production. Since 2008, we have transitioned the plant into a distillery that produces high end Brandy, Neutral Grain Alcohol, Australian Grain Whisky and Single Malt.
