Government Administration - Saint Louis, Missouri, United States
Elmer Otey is a lifelong resident of the 18th Ward. A graduate of Sumner High School, University of Central Missouri, St Louis University, University of Chicago and I repeat a lifelong resident of the 18th Ward. He has held the position of acting aldermen and elected 18th Ward committeeman. Elmer Otey's platform is to reduce crime in the neighborhoods, improve the existing housing stock by giving Construction loans of 3 to $5,000 to18th Ward homeowners. Pressuring landlords to improve the physical internal and external conditions of their property for residents of the 18th Ward that rent. A jobs program to help raise the standard of living for all 18th Ward residents. Last, but definitely not least a general clean-up crew once a month. For funding of these projects Alderman Otey will donate half of his salary. Elmer Otey will be a strong voice for our community.
