We are LadyPowers: a future-forward business collective of activists, technologists, academics & change agents (from Google, Facebook, Apple, Netflix, YouTube & Harvard). We build our own products, content & apps - but our teams also work side-by-side with non-profit organizations & forward-thinking corporations, who also see tremendous global opportunity in amplifying diverse perspectives and approaching technology & business strategy 'differently' (true inclusivity for all). We believe empathy is uniting spark for every person, project & product - so we begin everything we do there & build all of our experiences & strategic solutions around this foundational principle.We prioritize our work and clientele by how quickly & broadly projects can positively impact the world. Human rights/equality, the environment & properly protecting our animal pals is what we care about most. We feel urgency to work with like-minded others, to fix big problems quickly to help heal the world ASAP. Why 'LadyPowers'. (name)We have many female-identified humans in our corpo-folds, but we simply mean 'all OTHERS'. We are a love-herd of women, enlightened cis men, non-binary, queer, trans, BLM soul-people. We are inspired by a future that will be more of an 'us' thing than a 'he-thing' (only). The world & all of the beautiful things on it need to include all. Finally, we invert our compensation models to offset on-going pay inequity. This works for us & is 'how we do', until pay equity is actual & balanced elsewhere. We're the opposite of everything that has been man-done in the past. Reversing 2000 yrs of heavy-handed oversteering toward myopically patriarchal (white) businessman vibes.⚡
