OTi Philippines, Inc. traces its roots to Organization Technology International Pte. Ltd. of Singapore (OTi Consulting). Founded in 1982 by Mr. Khoo Oon Theam, one of the Pioneers of Organization Development practice in Singapore, OTi Consulting expanded its consulting operations in Asia and the Pacific. It opened its own business units in China and in the Philippines in 1999. From there, it established partnerships in Bangladesh, Dubai, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam with existing organizations providing similar service portfolios. Today, OTi is present in Thailand and Canada. Clients include multinationals, small and medium enterprises, non-profit organizations and government institutions.
