In use in seven countries at over 80 mines, Otracom is an internationally recognised Tyre Management System (TMS) that tracks and manages tyres and rims from manufacture to disposal to identify performance trends and, ultimately, reduce tyre-related costs. It provides clients with lifecycle inventory control (including repairs, transfers, scrapped tyres etc.), tyre cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting, real-time alerts and notifications, and business intelligence reporting. Otracom is a multi-language web- and mobile app-based system accessed over the Internet. Clients either use Otracom as part of the Otraco tyre management service or subscribe to the system itself. Otracom is user-friendly, and provides integration with tyre-pressure management systems (TPMS), fleet management and ERP systems. It is supported from Australia, with support resources also based in South Africa and Chile.
