OULA SEEDS CO.OULA in Arabic means the first. We chose this name to always meet our ambitions to come in the first place in the future.Owners:The family that owns this business has a long agricultural history ( more than 100 years), and, for five generations, the family started from watermelon and melon farming at the beginning of 1900 then was specialized in irrigation systems, and after that it was specialized in hybrid and open polinated seeds.Vegetable Breeding:Jordan's geographical location helps to hybridize the most important economic crops, such as onions, to breed the short day and the intermediate day,tomato breeding and cucurbits .OULA SEEDS L.L.C breeding project mainly focuses on breeding for resistance of viral and fungal diseases and breeding for high yielding .OULA SEEDS owns a vegetable breeding station at Mafraq governorate, northeast of Jordan, a hight land between 850 and 900 meters above sea level, and it is isolates in its location from other crops especially for open pollination seeds production.Research and Development:The location of Jordan helps such development,as it has four seasons to distinguish the new hybrid varieties, so OULA SEEDS arranges an annual field day in Summer to cultivate all new varieties for the purposes of research and continuous development. OULA SEEDS always produces and develops new transplanting segments with new varieties of vegetables suitable for Asia, Africa, and parts of Europe.Sales Networks :OULA SEEDS has a good sales network in Asia and Africa in several countries, which include more than 13 Arab countries
