OCM's vision is to establish responsible and self-resilient communities in rural areas. Our mission is to bring innovative solutions in Education, Health, Sustainable livelihoods, and Environmental management. In a nutshell, we fight against poverty in rural Madagascar.Core activities - Research on rural development issues, Implementation of development projects, and Local capacity building.
