Our Children Our Families (OCOF) Council of San Francisco supports the future of our city – the children, youth and their families – by aligning and supporting the systems of support they need to thrive, particularly those with the greatest need. OCOF consists of a 42-member council, co-led by San Francisco's Mayor and the San Francisco Unified School District's Superintendent. VisionCollectively, by coordinating and unifying systems of support, and leveraging policies and resources, we will improve outcomes for all children, youth and families in San Francisco.San Francisco's voters created OCOF by passing "Proposition C" in 2014, creating the council and charging it with helping children, youth and families by aligning efforts throughout the City. Ever since OCOF's team of talented analysts and coordinators work tirelessly to focus resources, helping children and families achieve their potential, and fulfilling the council's mission to the public.
