Originally launched in 2009, Our Social Times has consistently identified and highlighted innovative trends in the use of social media for business. Alongside our posts, reviews, webinars and reports, we have hosted over 40 conferences in recent years on topics ranging from social media monitoring to social CRM and customer service.Relaunched in 2016, the new Our Social Times aims to provide a space for social media practitioners to share best practice, discuss social media technologies, highlight case studies, attend events and access valuable resources. We will soon allow our members to publish their own events and resources on this site, subject to editorial guidelines.
