With ISO 9001: 2008 certified factory, around 5,000 square meter workplace, many advanced machineries, over 200 skilled workers and 60 members of professional service team, we currently have over 2,500 customers worldwide, including ABB, Intel, eldoLED, etc.Our factory is equipped with three high speed SMT lines, Siemens HS50 Pick and placers, Siemens F5 pick and placers, Heller 1809 Reflows, Speedline MPM printers, OK intelligent solder irons, Otek Automatic Optical Inspection and many other advanced machineries. We assemble BGA, LGA, QFN, QFP, DIP, SIP.., the smallest SMT footprint we can mount is 0201. Our factory can also provide programming, wiring as well as injecting and conformal coating services.Our Assembly factory has ISO9001 Certifications.
