We are an independent brokerage based in Newport Beach, Ca. Our company was founded by three brokers with backgrounds in accounting, law, and of course, real estate. We believe that our education and experience gives us the tools to tackle every real estate transaction with the professionalism, attention to detail, creativity and enthusiasm that our clients deserve. Although based in South Orange County, our experience, agents, affiliates, and roots span all areas of the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area including Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties. We are always looking to add talented, honest and motivated agents to our team. To do so, we have disposed of the traditional commission split model, allowing agents to receive almost 100% of their commissions (less $500 per $500,000 of sales price) in exchange for a low monthly fee of $75. Our goal in designing this pay structure is to increase the bottom line for our experienced agents, while providing a low barrier to entry for new agents looking for alternatives to traditional commission splits.
