Outward Cooperation Promotion Confederation (abbreviated as OCPC), established in April 22, 2016, is under control of Economy, Trade and Information Commission of Shenzhen Municipality. Jointly sponsored by the former Chinese diplomat, senior government trade and technology experts, senior international trade and investment experts, enterprises and entrepreneurs with the ability of international investment, OCPC provide services in different area, such as financial, legal, accounting, investment, science, technology and so on. Business units include professional committee, sister cities, linkage association, consultants and experts committee. Other services offered: N2N network service platform, investment company connection, establishing sister cities and international linkage association, etc. OCPC will build communicating platforms with foreign government, create foreign investment opportunities and organize international meeting and professional exhibition. We can also provide outward cooperation training, financial consulting, technology consulting, legal consulting, government procurement service and so on. The secretariat is management department of OCPC and in charge of daily operation.
