No Student Left Behind Bridging the gap between students and people all around the world. Overcome the Gap (OTG) is an innovative initiative brought to the McMaster community. The mandate is to address the problem of poverty by tackling education. OTG serves to connect the people, the culture, the experiences and the resources of privileged students, such as yourselves, to underprivileged students around the world. This will be accomplished through our unique "international mentorship program" where we connect students around the world.
