He and his family moved to Arizona in 1967 and CD opened his own office. In 1994 his granddaughter, Michelle J. Perkins, graduated from the Arizona State University law school and in 1996 they became partners and the rest, as they say, is history. In 2017 the firm celebrated its 50 Year Anniversary, an accomplishment of which we are all extremely proud.As a result of our long history in the Valley, Owens & Perkins literally has generations representing generations.Our service, dedication and commitment to excellence to our valued clients and the families that we have served over the last five decades makes us stand out above the rest. After 68 years of practicing law, in 2017, CD Owens retired. He is still active in the office focusing on other projects and endeavors.
