Bay Community Health (formerly Owensville Primary Care) has been qualified by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to be a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Federally Qualified Health Centers are community-based health care providers that receive funds from the HRSA Health Center Program to provide primary care services in underserved areas. They must meet a stringent set of requirements, including providing care on a sliding fee scale based on ability to pay and operating under a governing board that includes patients.Bay Community Health has the ability to provide premium health services to ALL income ranges whether you are insured or uninsured. Our sliding fee scale allows us to provide health services to under-served members of the community, particularly those who have low income or uninsured.We offer affordable Premium Health Care services to a wide variety of patients in our community. Bay Community Health is honored to be one of eight federally qualified community health centers that make up the Priority Partners Managed Care Organization through a partnership with the Johns Hopkins Health Systems.
