Owiredu-Yeboah Consult is a Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultancy company registered under the Ghana Companies Code 1963, Act 179.Our company is authorized to sign audit report as authorized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).Our company has been in existence from 2006 to date.Our professional services are designed in such a way that we maintain integrity and independence at all times to forestall conflict of interest. In this regard, we ensure that staffs with the requisite skills and experience undertake assignments at all times.Our range of services include providing external audit services, acting as tax consultants, provide accounting solution services, recruit and train accounting and audit personnel for clients, prepare accounting and Internal audit manuals, act as Internal auditors in certain instances, set up internal audit departments, using Sarbanes Oxley Act to set up Internal audit department and also undertake other specialized services etc.
