We are a modern, privately-owned House Builder, specialising in the design and development of sustainable high quality mixed tenure affordable homes throughout the Midlands Region for our various Housing Association Partners. Passionate about affordable housing delivery, Owl Partnerships source the land, design sustainable affordable housing developments, and build these homes out for our Housing Association Partners, including management of the defects process thereafter. The projects incorporate Affordable Rent, Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy Housing Tenures, to help alleviate the UK's chronic affordable housing shortage, and provide much-needed homes for families and individuals who are not in the position to acquire or rent housing on the open market. Providing quality and fair, affordable housing is an absolute must, and it is clear at Owl Partnerships we share the same commitment.
