We guide them towards identifying ways they may be holding themselves back while creating actionable steps to assist them in setting and achieving their personal and professional goals.Our mission is help progressive professionals define and overcome the obstacles that are holding them back from maximizing their performance and owning their podium.Nikola Girke is the founder of Own Your Podium. Nikola holds the Professional Certified Coach credential from ICF (International Coaching Federation), as well as is a certified EQ coach. As a 5-time Olympic athlete, Nikola understands the struggles that come with reaching for the podium. The endless parallels between sport and business allow her to easily relate to her client's struggles. Her experiences as an external consultant to the UBC Sauder School of Business, a professional & mental health coach for Modern Health, and as a managing member at Horizon Leader Group enables Nikola to offer a unique blend of support, guidance, and experience to the clients she works for.
